To set limits on your account, you must go to Player Protection and choose which of the limits below you want to include in your account:
• Loss Limit for Sports and/or Casino
For example, if you set loss limits of £100 per week on Monday at 11am, your losses will be calculated from that point, and you will be prevented from losing more than £100 until 11am the following Monday. Loss limits will be reset for the following week.
Unsettled bets will also be counted towards your loss limit. If you cannot place a bet, please check from Betting P&L that your unsettled bets would not cause you to hit your loss limit.
• Bet Limit for Sports and/or Casino
Betting limits are applied at the same time they are placed and their duration is a defined period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). In other words, you will choose the maximum amount you want to spend/bet and when the limit is reached, your account will be “blocked” until the limit is automatically reset.
• Deposit limit
Deposit limits work in the same way as betting limits, but are applied to the amount deposited on the platform. They are also activated the moment they are placed and their duration is a defined period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). You will determine the maximum amount you want to deposit and when the limit is reached, your account will be “blocked” until the limit is automatically reset.
• Cancel Withdrawal Request
This limit is a feature that removes the permission to cancel withdrawals once they have been requested, protecting and guaranteeing that the amount is withdrawn from the gaming account.
• Session timer
The Session Timer feature will notify you when the selected period is reached during your session. You will have the option to sign out or stay signed in to your account.
You can set the period to your chosen value (1 to 8 hours). The reduction in this amount takes effect immediately.
Important: If you want to increase any of your limits, you will need to change them and your request will be processed after 24 hours. All limit reductions take effect immediately.
